Brandi Davenport - Owner

Brandi is a Real Estate Broker with more than eight years of experience in Real Estate and Right of Way in the state of Utah.

Brandi has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, public speaking, negotiation, and presentations. Brandi coordinated events and training opportunities for large groups before joining the Right of Way and Real Estate professions. This has translated well into facilitating coordination among her right of way team, design teams, and project managers to ensure that the scope, schedule, and budget are met. Brandi has built a reputation for delivering extraordinary customer service, ensuring she represents clients with professionalism and treats property owners with fairness and respect. Brandi has a degree in Behavioral Science, worked in the mental health industry, and understands the value of being compassionate while getting the job done.

Angie Pymm - Real Estate Agent

Angie loves real estate and getting to know people so that she can help them find their dream home.  

Angie has owned and managed several successful home-based businesses. She has a degree in finance and started selling real estate again after taking a break to raise her family. Angie has a reputation for providing outstanding service and professionalism to clients while treating them with respect and integrity. She loves the technology available now to assist agents in buying and selling homes. The information is so easy to access and share, which allows Angie to form great partnerships.   

Carter McMillan - Real Estate Agent -
Right Of Way Consultant

Carter McMillan has been a real estate agent since 2019 and a right of way agent on UDOT'S pool under Davenport Consulting. Carter started working in the construction industry during high school and learned skills in estimating and understanding construction in general. He has been able to apply many of those skills to the right of way projects. Carter is excellent at preparing administrative compensation estimates and getting a quick grasp on road improvement projects, sidewalk projects, utility relocations, etc. While working in the construction industry, Carter was a warehouse manager and also helped a friend build an exterior business (siding, stucco) before going into real estate. Both of these positions gave Carter experience as a manager, leader, and with excellent time management and follow up. Carter loves helping our clients get deals done from small acquisitions to large projects and real estate transactions.

         Michele Kingsford - Project Coordinator –                 Office Manager - Real Estate Agent

Michele serves as the project coordinator and office manager for the Davenport Consulting team. Michele is on UDOT’s pool to provide project coordination services under Davenport Consulting. She is also a real estate agent. 

Michele has 13 years of experience in quality control, editing, document management, and customer service, in addition to 25 years of involvement in marketing, sales, training, and event organization. She has a BS degree in education. Michele strives to make sure the customer's needs are met and that they are happy with the service we provide.
